Forum kibiców Ruchu Chorzów

Greetings to all you guys from Dublin, Ireland.

I am a fan of St Patricks athletic FC (http://www.saintsforum.net/forum.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) and also of Ruch Chorzow as this is my local and favourite team in Poland when i visit there (Moja żona jest Polska ) and i was just looking to see if any of you guys could provide any information or advice on FC Shakhter Karagandy.

We are playing these guys in the next round of the Europa (Since when is f#$king Kazakstan
in Europe?!?!) League and i know Ruch Chorzow had to play against this team last year? Did any niebiescy make the trip to Karagandy and if so did you survive it? Or any tips in terms of things our club should watch out for? i've heard stories of opposition teams being poisioned when staying in this city. Did your club have any such problems or did they stay in some other city?

Well, Shakther played very physical and tough. Your team cannot disrespect them because they have few really good player who can make one goal-scoring occasion and actually turn it into goal. Maybe someone can say more about them

Some of the fans went on that trip but they were travelling with the team. Ruch hired out an airplane for trip to Karaganda.

Ruch lived in Karaganda and as far as I know they had no problems. Our fans were sitting near Karaganda's fans so I suppose there were no problems with placing the away fans.

Playing in Kazachstan you must be prepare for the heat. The pitch is not in a good condition so it's hard to play technical football.

btw we are from Silesia not Poland
